Description

Device is equipped in very efficient 15” Celestion speaker. High tones are supported by 1” HF driver with three state of action: standard level (0 dB), weakened
(-6 dB) or switch off. This function are controlled by switch on rear panel.

Speakers plate is set up in position typical for stage monitors. This solution give full range of sound even than distance between bandsman and amplifier is small.
To amplifier of BassRider400 may be connected external speaker cabinet. In this case we achieve bigger power:
- for 8 Ohm speaker cabinet (min. 400 Watt RMS) total power is 600 Watt RMS,
- for 4 Ohm speaker cabinet (min. 600 Watt RMS) total power is 800 Watt RMS.
High output power and advanced limiter in power amp cause that sound is clear and powerful.
To give special character preamp is produced in tube technology. Tubes adds warmth and definition to the sound.
When tubes are driven into clipping, the harmonic overtones can be both sweet and pleasing or intense and penetrating, depending on the musician’s musical taste and playing technique.
Over the years, application engineers have designed a number of outstanding solid-state amplifiers that sound very good. Some use special circuitry which enables them to simulate the distortion characteristics of a tube amplifier. However, the tube amplifier, still held in the highest esteem by many musicians, offers a classic "vintage" sound in a contemporary market.
